1. What this covers

These Terms govern your use of the fazr.ai website. They don't govern our products. Each product has its own terms — for example, the bddr.ai Chrome extension is governed by the bddr.ai Terms of Service. If you use a product, those product terms apply.

Fazr is a brand operated by Mini Parakeet LLC, a limited liability company organized under the laws of Oklahoma ("we" or "us"). By using fazr.ai, you agree to these Terms.

2. What you can do

You can read the site, follow links, and learn about our products. You can share links to our pages. Don't scrape the site with automated tools beyond normal browsing, don't try to break it, and don't misuse our brand.

3. Content on the site

We own the text, images, design, and code on fazr.ai, except for third-party marks used with permission. You may quote reasonable portions for commentary or reporting with attribution.

4. No warranties

THE SITE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DON'T WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT ANY INFORMATION ON IT IS CURRENT OR ACCURATE.

5. Limits on liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MINI PARAKEET LLC WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THIS SITE, EVEN IF WE'VE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

6. Changes

We may update these Terms. Updates are posted here with a revised effective date.

7. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Oklahoma. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts of Oklahoma County, Oklahoma, except for any claims within small-claims jurisdiction in either party's county of residence.
